Arriving at NJCO Competition
Parking information will be sent to participating schools. Generally, dropoff is near Lot 5 of the NJIT campus, however, buses must park in a special lot to be communicated closer to Event Day.
Dropping Off Students
Students may be dropped off in Lot 5 (P), located on Warren St. (Behind Tiernan Hall). Coaches and students should then walk into Tiernan Hall to register.
Parking for Buses
Buses will be directed to a special overflow parking lot. Security guards will direct your driver where to park.
Parking for Coaches & Judges
Coaches and judges may park their cars in the Mall Parking Deck (MALL) located on Summit St. in the south-east corner of the campus. Summit St. runs one-way only. Use Colden St., off of Warren St. to gain access to Summit St.
Check In on Competition Day
All teams will be required to check-in their teams the morning of the competition.
- Check-in will take place from 7:45 - 8:30 am in Tiernan Hall Lobby (1st Floor).
- Check-in includes only of distribution of Team Information Packets.
- All team members, coaches, and spectators must wear the name tags provided during check-in.
- In the event that a team arrives late, the coach should request check-in materials from NJIT staff in Room 151 Tiernan Hall.
Spectators
Schools may bring up to five spectators per team. Spectators must register during on-site registration. Schools with unregistered spectators will be disqualified. Spectators must pay a $10.00 (cash or school check) registration fee upon registration. One check including the registration fee for the team plus additional fees for spectators can be provided.
